Options Log is a personal trade journaling tool designed to help users record, organize, and review their own trading activity. The App does not execute trades, connect to any brokerage, or provide access to live market data.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using Options Log, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Disclaimer — No Financial Advice
Options Log is a personal trade journaling tool designed to help users record and review their own trading activity. The App does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals of any kind.
All information displayed within the App is based solely on data entered by the user. Tango Apex LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed within the App. Nothing in Options Log should be construed as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Trading options involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past trading results recorded in the App are not indicative of future performance. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
Tango Apex LLC is not a registered investment advisor and is not affiliated with any brokerage or financial institution. By using Options Log, you assume full responsibility for your trading decisions and any outcomes resulting from them.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tango Apex LLC shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of this App.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into the App. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the App or any portion of it.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and features of Options Log are the exclusive property of Tango Apex LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the App.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.tangoapex.com. App data is stored locally on your device unless otherwise specified. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Data Loss & Device Storage
Options Log stores all user data locally on your device. While the App includes a backup and restore feature to help you safeguard your data, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.
Tango Apex LLC shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, loss, theft, operating system updates, App reinstallation, accidental deletion, or any other cause. The availability of the backup and restore feature does not constitute a guarantee against data loss.
We strongly recommend using the App's backup feature regularly and storing backup files in a secure location such as cloud storage or an external drive.
9. Modifications to the App or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination

11. Governing Law
